Bug: Players Skipping Birthdays

Just noticed that players with birthdays during the off-season are not aging properly in some online leagues I'm in. They're listed as being a year younger than they should be.

Example #1: http://www.lasselanta.net/CFBL/
Many (but not all) players with birthdays in February are a year young. Check Robbie Alomar (http://www.lasselanta.net/CFBL/CFBL5/p5.html) and Dennis Tankersley (http://www.lasselanta.net/CFBL/CFBL5/p1365.html)

It appears that all players with March birthdays are a year too young.

My only guess is that it's related to dates where OOTP skips forward in the off-season (e.g. from FA to ST, from ST to opening day). This only seems to affect current seasons (the players aged right in previous years, according to the almanacs). I don't remember seeing this in previous years, so it could be related to the last patch.
