Begining of a Save
What are some of the things you guys get done before starting your first game or even just progressing? I'm an avid Football (Soccer) Manager player and I'm a little OCD'ish so I make sure I schedule all preseason games, get player transactions done, hire and fire new staff and things like that before any games are played. What's the norm for baseball or what you guys do?

Was just giving an example of what I usually do before starting a save in a sport I have more knowledge in than baseball. You can probably consider me a casual baseball fan so I don't know everything that happens during the course of a season.
