ryan, this bug is fixed in Patch 2. Existing leagues may have to advance to the next season before seeing it.

Sacrifice Hit

Should be a sacrifice bunt.

All Star voting still slightly askew?

I just started a new league.

The pitchers are no longer being duplicated in the All Star voting, but 1962 Bob Veale, who has started 9 games (out of 9) is being listed as a reliever.
He was our closer, but I switched him to a Starter in ST.

This is a mixed Fictional League, with 16 teams from 16 different years.

I'm not sure if this can be fixed. Matt will have to weigh in. Just imagine that the ballots were already printed before Veale became a SP.

I'm seeing some weird All-Star ballot selections

For example, look at the ballot and notice the C that was picked for the Camels - he's their backup. Now look at the catcher that wasn't picked to be on the ballot. Could it be reputation?

I'm seeing things like this quite often.

Bob was just selected to the AS team, but as a starter! Weird.

Great Glove vice Gold Glove which it should be

My pitcher won the "Great Glove" even though I have it as "Gold Glove" in the settings.

Game log while in the game lists a "loss" (or a "win") based on the current score. I know the screen shot doesn't show anything, but that 9/11 game is in progress.

Hi! I assume this is the place to post this... I started playing yesterday on the Steam Mac version, and I finally decided to restart the game as I'd left it up for about 20 hours straight (My friends and I had a lot of fun with it last night). I saved, but I didn't really know to create a backup, and after updating to 16.2 I'm getting an error on continue ("The loading of the database failed. It is either corrupt or a save-game from an old version."). Anybody know if this is a known issue with the update or if there's any way for me to recover this save? Thanks!

Mixed League also has Contract problems

Teams from all eras.....Smokey Burgess was making $10,000,000. He just signed a 3 year deal for $55,000 a year.

FYI: I am using 2000 year contract rules. This league also just started and was in its first year.

The arb figures for 3 of my players seemed to be in line, but this was weird.

Rehab assignment after the minor league season is over shouldn't happen. Or, if it does, they shouldn't be there very long. OR, does a rehab happen and it's just behind the scenes?

Lineups

Even if you deselected Auto-Sync the lineups are still auto-syncing if makes changes to the depth chart. For example removing someone from the pinch hitters list.

Jerseys and Caps for most teams, including files that are original to game, aren't loading home sets automatically

Edit: NVM must have been a corruption in my file, loaded up a new file and everything loaded correctly

Some double splits don't work:
September > vs. R
or
vs. R > September

Most double splits work, this one doesn't seem to.

No minor league teams- After year 1 on my 2015 QuickStart, the Padres have no one in their minors at all. All the hard work of getting past year one I don't want it to go out of the window. Seems this is the only team it happen to, but still weird.

They were the only team, but they dumped all their farm system in July

Some crazy names being generated for the amateur draft, like guys with no last names or names with strange characters in them.

No word on my players disappearing as I wrote in my earlier post.

Does posting bugs here actually accomplish anything?

Dave, I think Markus took the weekend off (for the first time in months). I'm sure he'll resume bug fixing when he returns. It would probably be a good idea to upload your league files. (Instructions are in Post 1.) Please provide as much information as possible about your issues. Thanks.
