Patch #2 coming tomorrow!

Alright friends, the final patch #2 build is now ready for beta testing, and once our team has given it a good test run we'll release it to the public tomorrow morning.

We are working on an optional patcher (smaller download size) for PC, but no promises yet. Maybe we'll get it done in time, maybe not.

So, here is the final changelist for version 16.2.8:
- Fixed All-Star duplicated players and All-Star ballots not getting cleared
- Fixed financial coefficient applied twice for future salaries
- Fixed draft offers if over budget
- Add HOF voting reminder
- Fixed closers getting wrong text on HOF plaques
- Fixed league schedule length 0 crashes
- Fixed team financial history bug
- Fixed double counting manager runs in manager history
- Fixed missing career MLB postseason stats in real MLB games (need to start new game for changes to apply)
- Updated rosters (need to start new game for changes to apply)
- Fixed problems with some managers missing in historical leagues
- When importing OOTP 15 leagues, the default play mode is now "General Manager", hence preventing the AI manager to disappear.
- Tweaked Player of the Game code, the winner is now more likely of the winning team
- Add a checkbox to the team lineups screen to disable/enable auto-syncing between lineups & depth charts
- Fixed ticket price bug for historical leagues
- Fixed salaries report for leagues without arbitration
- Fixed several minor bugs, rare crashes and text issues

Matt had mentioned he loosened the requirements for batters' numbers to be retired, is this one of those minor bugs from the last point?

Credit to the OOTP team for how trivial the bugs list has become in this game. Most games have actual gameplay issues to contend with, not worrying about the font size on HOF plaques.

I agree. This release was probably the most rock solid in sports gaming history.

Any fix to the Live Scores screen not showing if a batter breaks a Single Game, Season or Career Record in the text boxes? Right now it just shows blank green box.

I feel like that's a very pedantic thing that most players would not be interested in, and who knows in MLB would even let OOTPD do it.
