I'm thinking I'll make one of #1 overall picks from the draft and then be able to instantly look at how they turn out. One shortlist with only one player added per year. Easy to maintain and a cool little thing to have just because I can

I don't know whether this is new to 16 or whether it was in 15 (which I skipped), but I really like the addition of JAWS/Black Ink/Gray Ink Hall of Fame Standards on player profiles.

Position shows up in red when you have a guy set to force start somewhere. That is awesome because I tend to forget when I do that.

I love the awards icons next to the player names in the player profiles...especially the icon for winning the league championship! Makes it so much easier now to spot experienced players for playoff push!

Yeah, I like to track traded players to see how badly I screwed up sometimes.

Even guys I let walk in FA can give you info on how player dev is variable.
