Red, blue, yellow and green

On the "transaction" page, when comparing two organizations, you have colored dots representing the strength of each team at each position both in the majors and in their minors. Can we get a definitive meaning to each color? I can infer, of course, but I haven't found THE definition anywhere.

Of course, it could be I just don't know where to look...

Thanks!

Not positive, but I think red is you definitely need an upgrade, yellow is you probably should get an upgrade but you can manage, green is you shouldn't need to upgrade, blue is you definitely don't need to upgrade
