Historical League error

Newb here, I am having problems setting up a league....with 30 teams, with historical teams ex.

1977 Reds
1978 Yankees
1919 White Sox
1961 Yankees

Do you have more than just the 16 teams shown in the screenshot?

no I wanted to do 30, but scaled it back to get success...do you have a step by step for what I want to do, the wizards and manual confuse me..
