Issues with OOTP 5.11 Update

Heya, when I run the executable I get the following error message....

This application has failed to start because elicen40.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

So am I supposed to redownload the original game now? Will this overwrite my license that I purchased the game?

You have installed the "patch" incorrectly. It needs to be unzipped in the OOTP5 folder and "overwrite" the old files.
