Sorry, I don't know why you've not gotten a reply. I've replied to all such tickets in well under an hour so it seems I've not seen yours. Can you provide me with your ticket ID? Or reply to your ticket again to bump it to the top.

That figures. While everybody was anxiously awaiting their email, mine arrived at 8:17 this morning. Just got home from work.

Downloaded, installed and up and running in less than 12 minutes. Excellent.

Well taking the advice given here I've submitted a ticket to see if that will help speed up the email so I can download the game.

Sent a ticket and got my email for the game pretty fast. Id say the ootp support has been outstanding today from what ive seen with people who did not get the release email earlier.

Such brilliant service and what must be a really busy launch day for them but I have myself to blame for leaving it so late this time.

Well as I'm typing away the download has done so off to install.
