Congratulations, Markus, and thanks to you and to all of the people you mentioned. Your ability and willingness to innovate with each new version is extremely impressive. Normally it's dangerous to re-invent the wheel, but you seem to do it successfully every year. As the company has grown, your customer service and responsiveness has improved greatly (and it was at a extremely high level from day one, so that's saying something.)

Here's to many more versions! and ITP2!

Your love and passion for OOTP is evident by the constant improvements you and the team do each and every year! The fact that you continually look to grow and improve and STILL put up with us knuckleheads here on the forums is what sets you apart from the big money hunger companies who don't care about us customers and it's one of the main reasons I will always give you my money and support!

So, Matt, do you live in Germany full time now? Or are you coming home now that development on the game is pretty much complete? (although I know it continues to be patched and updated months after release).

How big of a culture shock was it moving from Canada (I think?) to Germany? I'd love to visit there one time. I've heard great things.

Oh, and a HUGE thanks for being the best developers out there in terms of fulfilling wishes of your customers.

I'm sure I'm not the only one to bring up things such as 1 click team generating for baseball cards and wanting HOF Plaques to only have Major League stats on them..but the fact that I can mention it here and you guys actually listen, well that's incredible.
