End of 2014 Season QuickStart

I think I requested this last year, but not certain. My ideal scenario would be a quick start where I could take over my favorite team at the end of the prior season and manage the off-season, signing players I choose, making trades and effectively seeing if I can do a better job of building my team than the real-life GM. Is this possible for OOTP 16?

Still figuring out/finalizing what we want to do about roster updates for OOTP16.

We'll let everyone know what our plans are regarding roster updates at some point in the not too distant future.

Wanted to bump this old request back up... obviously looking for an end of 2016 season quick start option... trying to handle that first off-season instead of un-doing all of the moves I don't like for my team.
