If you're refering to Justafan's Glossy logo style, it's not done with Pickoff. You'll get that result when you use Justafan template with a software like Photoshop.

Pickoff does have a glossy style you can choose... It also has several vertical stripe patterns to choose from... These will appear behind the logo you insert... I may not be exactly like the ones Justafan created, but it is pretty close...

It doesn't automatically match. That is up to the user to figure out. The best you can do is name it caps_aces1, jerseys_aces1, and aces1

Yeah, that's an unfortunate part of how the game works, there is really no way to guarantee that a jersey, hat, and logo automatically match up unless there is only one of each of those per nickname (e.g. one jerseys__aces, caps__aces, and aces_000000_FFFFFF). Once we start adding more than one of each nickname then it becomes a crap shoot as to whether the game will automatically match them. That is one downside of a project like this.

I'm going to see if I can get Markus to change it for OOTP16. Anyone see a problem with having the Aces_000000_FFFFFF logo look for jersey__Aces_000000_FFFFFF and ballcap__Aces_000000_FFFFFF? If it doesn't find a corresponding jersey and ballcap, then it can pick randomly like today.

The new way to name these sets is:
aces_1fffff_2fffff
caps_aces_1fffff_2fffff
jerseys_aces_1fffff_2fffff

This will guarantee that sets will be found together.

I put together the Nickname Project for OOTP16 with new naming convention. Now all of the logos/caps/jerseys sets will automatically match each other.

I also made a new team_nick_names.txt that only uses nicknames from the Nickname Project.

But what happens when you randomly call a team the Aces, and the nickname project has like 10 separate logo/uniforms sets for that team name? Will the game just pick a random one?

Yes, and there are about 10 Aces logo-jersey-caps to choose from, as a matter of fact.
