When they built that stadium, the center of population was closed to St Pete, but since 1988, the center has moved more east. If the team was in Tampa, it would be easier for myself in Orlando and others along the I-4 drive and those that live in the Pasco, Polk, and Hernando counties to the game, and more people people was Hillsborough county.

I'm quite busy doing the new playoff text right now, but down the stretch drive I will be turning my attention back to storylines.

I also plan to go through all of them to ensure the proper era is set and to do some editing...A lot of them come through as a big wall of text with no spaces and I hate how that looks...Really hoping to clean all those up!

You will like the improvements to storylines and news - from someone who's owned every version - I'm very excited about the improvements.

Of course I'm a newspaper/storyline fanatic - I read every single article everyday. Just adds so much to my immersion.

I imagine that the majority of storylines are inspired by actual events, if not baseball-related then certainly sports-related. For instance, I'm not sure I've ever heard of a baseball player dating a supermodel, but I've certainly heard of a famous football player dating one.

Of course, if anyone wants to add storylines, they can do it themselves. It takes a certain amount of patience to master the format, but it can be done.

Thanks! I will put it this way, it does seem this is the most attention storylines will have received in several versions.

In about a week I plan to hammer out a large number of new storylines. The total number of them in the game should be increased by a substantial percentage once we hit release.

And yes, of course, there will be many, many additions to news categories too, as well as some new categories in there too for all you article junkies out there.
