Long wait time creating game
Not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot or not but I just tried creating a new game and after 35 minutes its only 89% done. Only thing I have added is the All-in-One mod.

Reboot your PC and try again. Unless the league is huge 1000 + teams it should take no more then 5 mins. Loading the historical DB could take 3-4 mins.
