Roster Overview- More Icons?

I think it would be nice to be able to add some more icons next to players names on the roster overview screen. I like keeping track of players in my minor leagues and it would be nice to to see what my expectations for them are in a quick glance.

Right now the only option I have is to lock them to the team they are on so I get the little padlock icon to show me that there is something, some kind of expectation that I'm looking for. Other than that I can also shortlist them but I find myself constantly going back and looking at the same players and trying to remember what my goals for them are, when to move them to the next level, etc.

I know that there's a notepad but I really haven't found it useful. I like the idea being able to quickly add an icon or two, like the green up and red down arrows that the A.I. throws in. Or to be able to highlight players names different colors. Just something that I can see and understand with a quick glance.

Cool idea. That'd be useful.

I really would like either something like this, or multiple shortlists. Something to help differentiate between players I'm watching.

Multiple shortlists would be great too for so many reasons. And it would also be cool if shortlisted players were color (or otherwise) coordinated on the roster overview screen to mach the shortlist they were on.

And also more icons.

I just am looking for a better way to get a quick glance at my entire organization.
