Loading Online Leagues

Okay, it's always kind of bugged the impatient side of me how OOTP loads online leagues. Right now, we need to load up the league, then click check for updated files, then OOTP downloads the files, closes out the league, extracts the file and then re-opens the league. I'm thinking we can get something like this to work...

1. When user selects league to load, OOTP performs a check to see if it's an online league.
2. If it is an online league, OOTP prompts the user asking whether they would like to check for an updated league file online. (This is done before the league is loaded in OOTP)
3. If the user says no, the league loads up as is. If the user says yes, OOTP downloads the new league file and extracts it and after that is done, then the league is loaded with the new updated file.

I think this would be a tremendous time saver.
