dl teflon stadiums and .dat files?

I went to hall-fame.com eagerly looking to download the files and pictures, but found that it is still on summer vacation. Would anyone know where I might be able to dl the collection with the dat files? I've done the searching and found individual files and also the fictional pack, but was hoping to get the real modern stadiums to start my league. Thanks for any help.
