How Do I Get A Downloaded Quickstart to Work

It isn't showing in the in-game menu for me.

Folder is unzipped and labeled as a .quick file, but it has FAR more files inside it than the default QS from the vanilla game.

Teach an old ignoramus.

Nevermind. Found where I had relocated my data folder. Solved the problem.
