Guys, the Android version if this game has been delayed indefinitely.

All developers have been reassigned to help on production of a new icon for iOOTP 14.

Well, now that the new iOOTP 2014 icon is done...

Right now, Sebastian is the only developer on iOOTP, and he's slammed with the final FHM 2014 update, as well as work on FHM 2015, so he won't be able to focus on iOOTP for Android until after FHM 2015 ships sometime this fall. Hopefully we'll still be able to put it out this year. Thanks.

Sorry, no news on this right now. Sebastian is focused completely on FHM at the moment. More news when I have it.

iOOTP 2014 will definitely not be available for Android now, sorry. We hope to have it done for iOOTP 2015 though. The problem is that we need to carefully balance our resources, and an Android version is a lot of work because of all the different screen sizes / systems etc.

I think this is a wise choice, although I'm sure it's disappointing for those who have Android only.

I can confirm that progress has been made on it. I still don't know when it will be released, but I do know it has been worked on by someone other than Sebastian, since he's still working on his FHM tasks.

EDIT: Sorry, I'm not sure if it's iOOTP 2014 -- I assume not, since Markus said that one won't be out for Android. From what I know, the work has been done to simply get the game working on Android, and then we can work from there to create the 2015 version, which will run on Android. I apologize for any confusion that the first version of this post might have caused.

I think I can confirm that iOOTP 2014 is running on Android devices now. We are still testing it but there is a good chance (even if it is not 100%!) that you can play the actual version on Android devices in January. Once that happened, future releases will be iOS/Android.

Even though I am iOS-only, I'm very happy to see this, since it would broaden the possible market for this fantastic game!

OMG it's been two years since I ditched that fruit company. I'm the most excited person in the world that I will finally get to play ootp again!! I can promise that you will sell at least one android version per year.
