Logo on ballcap will not change

This only happens sporadically but sometimes after loading a logo (correct size and format) it will upload as the team's logo but will not appear on the ballcap when regenerated. Instead it will show the default letter inside of a base. Is there at least a workaround to this? It's killing me!

Try to navigate to saved_games/LeagueName.lg/ballcaps and delete the file for the team you want to change. This has worked for me in the past.

Yes I have already tried this and when I delete it and load up the same issue is still there and when i go back to the directory a new ballcap file with the default logo has been created.

Manually load your ballcap file or make sure that you are properly regenerating your cap after you have set the cap logo that you want.

Team logos are not the same as the cap logo. In the team graphic settings, these are set individually.
