Very Strange Schedule Mixup

Never had this happen before. In the sixth season of my fictional league, my schedule had my team playing both the National League New York team and the American League New York team on the same day. Has anyone had a similar experience? These were not makeup games due to a previous cancellation. By the way, we lost both games.

Schedules are text files that can be glitchy. By coincidence I just corrected 3 minor league schedules that had duplicate games. I'd swear to whatever that I never touched those files yet the errors occurred.

What was also strange is that although the games were against two different teams, the schedule shows both games against the same team. This was early in the season, so I counted the reamining games scheduled and at least they did add up to 162.
