All-Star selection with one Sub-league

If I have only one sub-league, is it possible to select all-stars in a way that the NFL does all-pro? I'm not wanting to play a game, because it's just one sub-league, but do want to recognize the best at each position. I would rather not use the best fielder award for this.

The game won't be played but not sure you can even manually select an all star team.
