Fictional League with Real Players?
Is it possible to create a fictional league, but still have the real life free agents that you would see if you were GM of an MLB team, or other real pro league?

I made an independent league yesterday, but all the players were not real.

You can create a base MLB league and then have a inaugural draft of real players. Then change the league as you wish in terms of settings, structure etc.. The combinations of what you can do with OOTP are endless really...
