PED Suspensions

2 suggestions for PED suspensions:
1. You should be able to change the length of the suspensions rather than the default 80 games, and be able to make longer suspensions or a possible lifetime ban for repeat offenses (If it's not too hard to program)
2. Don't make the players who receive the suspensions always 18 and 19 year old scrub prospects who won't amount to anything, and every once in a while have a star or at least a somewhat notable player receive a suspension

The default lengths should pro-rate to season length, so if you have a 100 game season for example it should be 49 games (would probably be rounded up to 50) and if you had a 64 game season it would be 32 games.
