Draft "Signability"

Add "Signability" to the views options and to filters. Then we do not have to go into profiles to find out. Quicker info gathering in the draft.

I'd agree with this if signability seemed to affect anything (I'm sure it does I just never see it being something that affects my ability to actually sign players). I never have trouble signing anyone. Granted at least I don't think I have any issues ever signing anyone even when using a perennial bad team.

The "impossible" to sign late round high schooler is a pain. I see impossible players no sign all the time.
