How to uninstall license

I'm going to be building a new PC this weekend and I'd like to transfer my license from my current PC to the new. I'm fairly sure I've already activated twice so I need to uninstall my license.

Unfortunately all the links describing how to do so are dead

How do you uninstall a license for use on a new PC?

Start OOTP -select "File" tab, "Settings", then click on the "License" tab.

Here you can unlicense.

When you first open the game, click on Game Preferences and then go to the "License" tab. You will see the uninstall function there.
