hard or very hard trading ?

What setting is better/ more realistic?

I always use 'hard' but I just made a deal for an All-Star giving up a couple of my prospects....I'm not sure what to think.

I always go with difficulty set to hard, usually, favoring prospects and adding a couple of small house rules like never send more than one player more than I am getting in return. Whenever I think I completely stole one against the AI, I like to look back at previous trades. I am always amazed when I look at trades a couple seasons later and realize that ones I thought I was getting away with something, I didn't even "win" the trade in hindsight.
