Just downloaded OOTP 15

Been a Strat player all my life but couldn't resist downloading and trying this for the price. Looks like a very in depth game and I am looking forward to diving into it. Any suggestions for a strat turned OOTP player?

My advice is to give yourself some time to adjust to OOTP without comparing it to Strat. They are different is so many ways and the career aspect of OOTP is in my opinion what makes the game so very special. I too came from Strat and DMB. I was tired of simply replaying real seasons and wanted a game that allowed me to create my very own baseball world. OOTP does this in so many ways. In fact, it's probably too good at doing so, because I now enjoy it as much if not more than reality. Another thing is, enjoy this community.
