I thought about making it interlocking, but it didn't look as good as it would have with a different letter (like an S). I will work on the Rockets and get it posted soon.

Great Plains Flycatchers? Color scheme possibility? I think the Orange and something else would be good.

Great Plains Flycatchers will be the new name of the Herons.

They'll be based primarily out of Fargo, but will be a bit of a barnstorming team who'll play home dates as follows:

The four teams in Omaha, Fargo, Winnipeg & St. Paul had a higher average attendance for independent baseball + AAA (Omaha) than four current major league teams. If the owner of the team just happens to be an internet mogul billionaire & the team gets creative about marketing, I feel like it'd work okay.

Hence, a fictional idea.

I like it.

Go Flycatchers.

Flycatchers is a great name for the double meaning and I think some variation of the first three colors will work well. i will get to it as soon as I can. Just to be sure, I'm going to put a flycatcher bird on the logo unless you had something else in mind.

I got pretty far on a couple of options for the flycatchers but need to finish a couple of details. I should be able to post tonight or tomorrow morning.

Here are a few choices that I came up with. I wish I could get the scissor-tailed flycatcher on the logo, but it doesn't quite work out. Please let me know if you need any changes and I will do my best.

That's magnificent, man. You're the greatest! Love the Flycatchers typeface you went with, it screams frontier middle america in the right ways. I loaded the 2nd one into my game, but like the 1st one too as an alternate. So so awesome.

Sometimes I can read you like a book and other times it takes me a while to figure them out... Especially when you use a new font that I have never seen before, that really throws me for a loop... Nice work on all of these mi amigo...

This logo started out as a nod to California's state flag, but I think it would work for other cities and variations of bear nicknames. I'm also not sure if it looks better with or without the green line above the red so I included both versions.

Hi everyone! I just want to say, the amount of work done here is incredible! I'm a huge OOTP fan, but also love DMB and STRAT.

Either way, I'm hopeful some of the artists can help me here. I'm joining a league and our logos and team names are due tomorrow afternoon and I'm terrible with Photoshop.

I'm looking for something Philadelphia related, using the colors in the city flag.

I really like the work txranger and knuckler did with the Keystone league logos, so something like that would be awesome. I would prefer the logo to be in either a circle or diamond form, but again, anything like the Keystone league logos would be great.

I don't yet have a name, but I'm leaning towards something like Liberty or Keystones. I was toying with an idea of using a silhoute of Philly skyline, but I prefer the retro look.

Any help here would be awesome. I'm at pgordon@philadelphiabaseballreview.com.
