Coaches Question.

How much of a difference do you guys notice with coaching on?
And another question if lets say some of your minor league teams didn't have a coach with coaching on would that be harmful?

There has been a lot of discussion and arguing about this, lol. The effect of coaching in the game is minimal. It's there, but it's not going to make or break your season. I would not reccomend having no coaches in your minors. Fill them up or your players may not progress. If you don't want to worry about personnell, just have the computer manage personell
