Buying Out a Contract

I noticed that when I try to release a guy with multiple years left on his deal, OOTP now wants to spread that cost out over the remaining years on the deal. I like that this feature is available, but I don't always want it spread out. Sometimes I have the cash to buy the whole thing out in my online league and want to use that money (especially if I am going to be over the cash cap at the end of a season). Any way to do this now without having to ask the commish to do it manually?

It appears you can only do it if you have cash on hand. If your salary is 50mil under current budget (assuming this is enough to buyout a contract), it does not matter, you have to have it as cash on hand.
