All star teams for one sub-league
How about all star selections for leagues with one sub-league/one division. Just because they can't play a game doesn't mean the best shouldn't be recognized.

I agree. We should be able to name (or get the AI to name) an "all star" team, even in leagues which can't play an all star game.
