Data dictionary for sql dump?

I'm working on writing an OOTP tool and I'm digging through the tables that get dumped from the sql export. I'm making good progress figuring out how everything links together, but there aren't tables to translate things like award and streak type IDs into what sort of award/streak they are. Now, I can look up guys in the database and then go look up guys in the game and puzzle it out, but it would be a whole lot easier to know if someone has already done this work.

Any other tool writers here with intelligence to share? Do the devs themselves have anything to say on this or a document they can forward my way?

If not, I'll keep piecing things together the slow way. It would also be helpful to know who the other experts with this data are for the inevitable questions I'm going to have as I go forward.
