Scouting Ratings

I had a quick question about the draft. On the big board of prospects I set the potential rating to show my scouts, however when I go into the prospects profile and look at the scouting tab which shows my scouts rating, and verbal assesment as well as OSA's the ratings do not match.

The value shown on the front page does not match the value shown in the scouting page of the prospect. Also sometimes the verbal assesment from my scout doesn't match the potential he assigns the prospect as well.

Is this supposed to reflect different information from my scouting staff or is it a bug?

This has long been an issue for me. I wish Markus would add an option to only display scouted star ratings as opposed to the "overall star rating"
