hefalumps All Star Starter Join Date: Mar 2003 Posts: 1,379	Amusing names in lineuup Playing a historical "alternate universe" league in 1960. Looked at the last two hitters in my lineup and got a chuckle. Wanted to share. T. Kubek SS G. Freese 3B E. Howard C E. Banks 1B W. Kirkland RF B. Nieman LF D. Snider CF A. Grammas 2B M. Pappas P Separately I'd never given their last names much thought, until I saw them back to back in the lineup. Then I just started giggling. Anyone else have a story like this to share?
