League creation help

I am just getting back into the amazing world of OOTP and it seems my league setup skills are rusty. Can someone let me know how to set up a fictional league that has the real life history, leaderboards, etc.? I have noticed this is blank when a fictional league is created. Would you import? If so could one guide me through this process?

Create a historical league then go into Game Settings/League Settings and under Roster Functions "Clear Rosters" this will release all players into free agents. Then go to the free agents section of the game and go to upper right of screen under "Available Actions" and delete all players. This will clear your league of all current players. After that is done go back to Game Settings/League Settings/Roster Functions you will want to click on the "Fill teams with fictional players" and there you have it. Real life historical stats with fictional players. Have fun!!!!
