Unable to Access Knowledge Base

Hello,

I recently downloaded OOTP15 and I am trying to install my license.

In an effort to better understand the licensing process, I have tried to access the Knowledge Base on the main website. However, the links only open blank pages with no text of any kind. Any thoughts on what could be the issue?

What happens when you try to license the game?

What OS are you running?

The game crashed on me after playing through a second season game. Also, upon start-up, I get an error message related to the game being unable to load team logos. I assumed there was an issue with the installation or the game license. After digging around I found that the game is indeed licensed and that shouldn't be the issue. I then stumbled upon the knowledge that I can register the game with Steam. I am now trying to install the game in Steam in an effort to remove any installation errors that might have occurred. The serial number in my confirmation email doesn't seem to work as a product key for Steam. Any ideas?
