Trying to get another code so I can play on a laptop

I have heard that we are entitled to a second access code so we can play on a laptop. I have emailed for over a week now, no response.
I tried their tech support page and nothing shows up.
I tried posting in the support section, but it won't allow me.

what is going on?

How can I get a code so I can play my game on the laptop. This is really too hard to get solved.

You have two licenses. Use the same one on both.

With each license you purchase you get two installs...

To add an official reply to the other comments: As others said, you can simply use the same serial # again on another computer. Just remember that if you want to take OOTP off a computer, release the license first (there's an option on the main screen) - otherwise, that license slot will still be occupied. You can ask tech support to release the license if you forget to do that, but it's easier all around to just release the license first.
