Automatically Expand League, when does league expand?

We started in 1871, now up to 1875, we haven't had any expansion yet. Reading up on the history of baseball and its real expansion, teams were coming and going every year, so I understand not including the teams that didn't even play a full season. Is there a site that shows how OOTP15 will expand when using historical setting?

It expands/modifies the league/teams at the start of each offseason, it follows the changes that you find in the teams.csv file in the /stats folder within the OOTP data folder.

I just looked at this file and if I am reading this correctly we should have seen league expansions by now. We still only are showing 8 teams in 1875 Organization have changed their names, such as Baltimore Canaries to Orioles. I also confirmed under League Settings > Historical > Auto expand is selected. This also is Auto Important historical rookies.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

My apologizes! Upon closer review league isn't due to expand for a while.
