Real Team Names?

Just purchased OOTP 15, How do you get the real team names etc... When I click on new game and click on the default MLB rosters. They start me with the same format, same players but the teams nicknames are all randomized.

Click randomize team names three times. All teams except for a couple of Italian and Dutch teams will have the correct names.

Yeah I don't get why that workaround is still allowed to be in there if the team names can't...

Is there an easy way to get all of the correct logos back instead of going into each team individually?

I'm on a Mac so that quickstart doesn't work for me...

As long as you have the All-in-One mod downloaded and installed, all you have to do is close the program, navigate to the proper .lg folder in the OOTP directory (default path on Windows is Documents -> Out of the Park Developments -> OOTP Baseball 15 -> [your game].lg), and delete all the images in the team_logos folder within (news -> html -> images -> team_logos). Once that's done, the next time you start up that league, the game will automatically rebuild the logos, so as long as the All-in-One mod is installed, it will find the proper ones.

I actually do have a virtual machine installed but I have OOTP installed on Mac, and I don't see a need to run it on Windows (the workaround for team names works fine for me).

That would be neat if my game didn't exit when I clicked on it.

Never mind.. if I do it when setting up the game it works perfectly.

Yes, if you have the logos installed via the All-in-One mod. They don't come pre-packaged.

I did an experiment. I started a historical league with 1971 MLB. I picked the year pretty much at random. The teams had fictional names but after a few clicks of the "Randomize Team Nick Names" button all of the teams had their correct name. I have the logo, jerseys, and hats in the correct folders so once the teams all had their correct names the logos and uniforms all fell into place.

Piece of cake, nothing to it.
