long time OOTP player here, questions about OOTP15

so, long story short: I'm playing OOTP at least once a week since 08 or 09 and the latest OOTP I bought was OOTP 12. Now that OOTP 15 has a chance to be part of the community deals at Steam I wonder if I should get the latest version of the game. Here are some things I'd like to know more about in OOTP 15:
- any gamebreaking bugs I should know of?
- is the posting system working?
- are the SPs in the draft better? As I said I'm still playing OOTP 12 and you'll hardly ever see any half-decent SPs in the draft. You only have flamethrowing relievers with 2 pitches or SPs with 3+ pitches that can barely touch the high 80s with their fastballs.
- do players in FA sign more realistic contracts? In OOTP 12 you can sign superstars to relatively short contracts, say 2-4 year deals, even when the players are only like 30 years old, which isn't very realistic imo. Especially when several teams offer contracts that are longer but offer slightly less AAV.
