Minor league managers/AI not helping rosters

I noticed over the last few days that my AAA team is at 23 players, and nobody has been called up to fill out the 25. Also, my AA team is at 27 players, and nobody has been sent to AAA or A to get it down to 25. I also have holes in the lineups and pitching rotations when injuries occur that are not automatically taken care of. In OOTP14, I would see this happen every day where players would be shuffled to get rosters to their acceptable 25, yet in OOTP15 it's not doing anything. Under my managerial settings I have AI set up to handle all minor league promotion/demotions, and signings/releasings, and lineups. When I managed a the AAA team in addition to the Rays in OOTP14, I would daily get an email from Andrew Friedman (Rays GM) saying which players had been moved up to AAA and down to AA, yet nothing like that for this year. It's very frustrating to have to manually set up each of these teams, especially when teams are under staffed causing the players to be constantly tired. Anyone know what I can do here to get it like last year?!?

Just click "Ask AI to set up entire organization" or "Ask AI to set up entire minor league system" under actions on the Organization Overview page.

That shouldn't be happening, unless some of those on the roster are there as rehab assignments from higher levels. | |

Most of the time I have the AI handle who's getting moved up and who gets demoted, and my minor league rosters fluctuate anywhere from 25-30 players each in AAA and AA and sometimes more than 30 in A ball and around 40 or so on the rookie league teams (especially in the VSL and DSL and also the GCL leagues). I will occasionally promote a player myself who I feel is deserving of a shot, especially if he's dominating in AAA and has nothing left to prove there then I bring him up myself. But most of the time I let the AI handle it, it does a pretty good job of deciding who gets promoted and who gets sent down IMO.
