Is there a way to automatically place complex players in a leave?

I would rather instead of having an international complex, have all the players put in a league (below rookie level).

That just doesn't really exist in OOTP, to my knowledge.

The players do get better in the complex -- it's not like they're cryogenically frozen -- if that's your concern.

No it's just that I want to see them accumulate stats. I am experimenting with rookie and short A leagues in the spring

The idea of the international complex is that the players are working out, playing intrasquad games, etc. We just don't see game results or stats, but their ratings will improve.

On this note, I wonder if anybody knows -- if I promote a player from the international complex to, say, a rookie league in April, and the rookie league's season doesn't actually start until June, am I effectively robbing the player two months' worth of development time from working out, playing intrasquad games, etc.?

I wouldn't think so. Because the players in short season do go through extended spring training

I was thinking about moving some players up from the international complex to either the VSL or DSL or maybe even a GCL team, I just might do that if I see they have some promise to them.
