Historical Ballpark Files (OOTP15 Update)

FILES (4) AVAILABLE THROUGH ADD-ONS CENTRAL -- for OOTP15

These files contain separate folders (with .prk files and ballpark photos for each team) for each MLB season from 1901-2012. Once these files are installed, OOTP15 will automatically locate and use the .prk files and ballpark photos for all teams when a new historical league is created.

NOTE: The user still must assign ball location markers by hand.

EXCEPTIONS:

In some cases, the same stadium was used by more than one team during the season (e.g., in 1974, the Mets and Yankees both used Shea Stadium); or a team played their home games in more than one stadium during the season (e.g., the Mariners played in both the Kingdome and Safeco Field during the 1999 season). In these cases, you will have to do a manual import (simple enough) as follows:

1. Go to Team Home Page (for the team that was not included in the auto-import)
2. Click Settings
3. Click Edit Ballpark
4. Click Available Actions
5. Choose "manually import data from file into this park."
6. Choose the appropriate .prk file (e.g., Shea Stadium_NL for the Mets, Shea Stadium_AL for the Yankees).

Repeat the steps for any other teams that were not included in the auto-import.

Unfortunately, yes. Notice what I highlighted in red. :^)

Nope. It's a tedious, time-consuming process.
