Many times in his career he walked 2x in 4 PAs. In 1989, he walked 3x in 5 PAs on 4 different occasions. So, 4 BBs in 8 PAs is possible, yes.

After he hit that triple and didn't fall down on the way to third, he had 'em scared.

EDIT: But it does look like he immediately erased himself on two CS with Eddie Murray at the plate, so very Skates-like if you ask me.
