Jackie Brown

Got a question for some of the more experienced players of this game: I've come to notice that there are two fighters, both flyweights, both named Jackie Brown, one British and one Scottish. They fought decades apart and had widely different results in their careers (the Briton was knocked out 5 times in 140 bouts, whereas the Scottish Jackie Brown suffered 10 KOs in 43 fights), and yet their game stats are almost identical. Can someone tell me whether this is a mistake on the part of the game designers? And if not, is it correct that their stats should look so similar, in you guys' opinions?

@IceTea: Well I've spent the past more than a week going through Bear's TC file, deciding which fighters from there I can use. Which threads should I be watching for new fighters to add to my boxing universe, if I'm to update it that often?

Was this change ever made? I'm interested in what their stats will each look like after the correction.

from what I can tell there is only one Jackie Brown in the official database

I think at some point one of the files may have been omitted from the database and they may have been confused with each other. Both of the files I posted are fairly similar chin vs knockdown, chin vs knockout and absorb punishment.

Being that they have the same name and came from the same part of the world, it seems likely that those ratings were for the same guy, which means that one of them has a rating that was meant for the other one.
