Super 2?
Is there any easy way to figure out super 2 elligibility for arbitration during the season? I thought I had made my team up just right, and now in the off season I have to come up with an extra 9.6 mil in salary for super 2's that i wasn't counting on

You have to keep a careful eye on the service time of your players; this may mean demoting a good player in favor of one who's not ready. It goes by position, and the position that is the trickiest is MR. If you have a middle reliever with 1 year and 100+ days, chances are, he will be a super 2. It's even trickier when you put a pitcher on your roster and he goes down for Tommy John, because he accumulates service time while he's on the DL; I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that, but it does.
Of course, if they're helping you win, then who cares?

I basically assume that everyone who has 1.5+ years will be super 2. If they happen to not be at the end of their second year, I treat that as a bonus.
