My daughter and I will be sitting with a group in Grandstand 6 (where ever that is) at Fenway on Saturday if anyone wants to say hi. We should stand out out in our Detroit regalia.

I haven't been to thread in a bit so I didn't even notice you were going to be at the game, CC. According to StubHub, you'll be in rightfield foul territory. I think my wife and I are in grandstand 32 or 33, which is leftfield foul territory, right near the Green Monster.

EDIT: I hope the game doesn't get rained out. Weather.com says there's an 80% chance of rain for the day, but that the rain should stop before the game.

We are bracing for the damp and cold but will be there unless the National Guard closes Boston. I haven't seen the Tigers in live action since seeing them play the Cardinals and Pirates in June of '99.

I can't wait!

Does Fenway have a 'unique to Fenway' food or 'they serve the best ______' food that we should try while there?

The Tigers and Fenway. That's up there with 25 cent hot dogs and beer. Foul balls and Hooters ball girls. Bad hops and I forgot my cup.

I am jealous.

Last night was great fun. Miggy's HR to right fell about 50 feet in front of where my daughter and I were sitting. The thing that stood out to me most in person was the fielding of Kinsler. He is really something to see.

I was a little nervous when they brought in Coke who promptly gave up a single and then got down 3-0 on the second batter that he faced. It's a victory when he doesn't blow a lead so, 'atta boy Phil'.

Laura and I shortly after Miggy's HR to right landed about 50 feet in front of us.

I was amazed at the amount of Tiger jerseys I saw in the stands during the Boston series.

I am a little nervous about tonight's game. Tigers are riding high but didn't leave Boston until noon today (Smyly went on ahead yesterday). Hopefully, the bubble won't burst against the woeful Indians.

There more than I would have expected Saturday night.

I don't think I have ever been so excited to hear someone signed with another team. The Red Sox just signed Stephen Drew. YES! So glad he is off the market.

Ditto on Drew!

I am happy to see home games against Texas on the schedule. STOP LOSING TO CLEVELAND!

Fixed.

I'm as surprised as anyone for the last two games. We were awful over the weekend. The middle of our order is now Michael Brantley, Lonnie Chisenhall, and David Murphy (not exactly Ruth, Gehrig, and Lazzeri). To his credit though, Francona has finally said enough is enough and ditched/moved down lower performers like Swisher, Santana, and Salazar. Maybe it's working.

I'm sure the Tigers will get one back today.

Wow - Cleveland is bringing in their eighth pitcher.

Oh by the way, thanks again Mr Nathan!

Whew, Miggy was tossed for arguing a check swing. Not a good thing, but I was scared he got hurt when I seen the boxscore and Don Kelly replaced him.

Coked again. How long must we endure this abomination?

How many times are we going to send Coke out only to receive the same results? Maybe Coke needs some time in Toledo to straighten out whatever is wrong with his game.

He is better suited to an industrial league somewhere. He'd be a star for the Marathon Oil team.

Two things:

1) Come back Randy!

2) Phil Coke must go.
