I call BS on his claim that he has 23 of the team owners returning.

That reminds me of Tusso who kept telling everyone who was calling him out that if you joined his league you would see what a great Commissioner he was but you could not join because his league was "full." Of course the league did not make it through one full season before disbanding because of lack of participation from the 5 or 6 GMs that were actually in the 30 team league.

By 23 owners I assume you mean the 13 teams run by you, the 9 run by the computer and the 1 owner who submitted 1 lineup in your last league who doesn't realize he is in this league.
