2S, 2D, 7T 162 w/ interleague
Hi guys!
I've seen many requests in here so I wanted to see if I could place a request as well. I'm not sure if there are programs that make these things easier for you guys or if it is as painstaking as it looks to us laymen but I would greatly appreciate the help if at all possible. I have a 1993 MLB historical league. I have the AL and NL each with 2 division and 7 teams in each division. However, I would like to start interleague play in that format. I plan to keep the 2S, 2D, 7T format with interleague games for the foreseeable future so if there is anyway to have a rotating schedule or something to keep things fresh for a few years that would be tremendous! Much appreciation in advance! Thanks! EDIT: GMO I'm looking at your schedule making blog. Not sure I'm ready to try yet but I thought I would add some more info: Preferences (for simplicity) 13 games vs 6 division foes (78 games) 6 games vs 7 opposite division foes, same league (42 games) 3 games vs each of the 14 teams in opposite league (42 games) If they are able to alternate home and away series in the interleague games for at least 2 years that would be great!

This one was rather easy to do with StickWare.

Not sure how to open that file. I downloaded stickware and tried it myself and I get the text file but how would I go about converting that to xls (that is what the game uses right?) Also, it looks like most of the game are day games even though I did not check day games only...
Cool feature just not quite sure how to use it yet

The schedule is already in the correct form. OOTP technically uses XML files that have the .lsdl extension.

Fixed the schedule so that it imports correctly. Also fixed the day game problem - Opening Day games are still at 13:05, but most days have a majority of 19:05 games.
The schedule is listed as unbalanced because with the addition of interleague games, the number of games per opponent is not exactly equal. Last edited by bwburke94; 05-06-2014 at 07:52 AM. |

How would I go about having an alternate version for future years? Can I do it easily on my own with StickWare?
